Description:   Become a member of a team that provides the best technical support in the PDM/PLM industry!  Provide comprehensive (telephone/e-mail/onsite) technical support and training to DBWorks/DBInventor customers and resellers.  Analyze, track and resolve customer issues in a professional, timely manner.  Provide implementation services including installation and training of our applications along with follow-up support.  Support hands-on involvement with the development of Training Material and influence product development.

Minimum Experience:  1 or more years of design experience using solid modeling based MCAD systems in industry or school, preferably with either SolidWorks or Inventor.

Requirements:  Any candidate to be considered is required to have:

• Minimum of two-year technical school degree or four-year college degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.

• Knowledge of manufacturing process and design environments.

• At least one year of experience at work or in school with a solid modeling MCAD application.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills.  Must be comfortable in a large audience environment.

• Willingness to travel throughout the United States and Canada.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office applications.

• Understanding of Product Data Management applications.
